Customer Service Awards 2025

What a night it was in the Bridge House Hotel in Tullamore on the 9th of June! Businesses from all over Westmeath, Laois and Offaly gathered for the event who recognises outstanding customer service.

We’re incredibly proud to share that Edmund Cooney has been named as the James O’Connor Tradesperson of the Year at the 2025 Midlands 103 Customer Services Awards! After being norminated for the third consecutive year - and winning Kitchen Supplier of the Year in 2024 - we were honoured to be recognised in two categories this year. This award is a true testament to the dedication, craftmanship, and customer care shown by our entire team.
